RETURN POLICY - Due to the personal nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. 

If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SHIPPING POLICY - All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends.

Our highest priority is for you to receive your order in a timely manner as well as in good condition.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products occurred during the shipping process. We take precaution to ensure all products are packaged in a manner where they are protected during shipping. 

If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier regarding a damaged package. In some situations, we may issue a replacement.
